Terms & Conditions:
1. Rate already includes
cost of structure rental, site rentals, permits and clearances, lighting
fixtures (400 Watts Metal Halide Lamp) and electrical consumption as well as
maintenance.
2. The quoted rate is
exclusive of 12% VAT and ASF.
3. If one (1) year term,
client shall pay in advance the three (3) months rental which will be
applicable to the last three (3) months of the contract term and issuance of post-dated-checks
for the remaining months prior to the installation of the photographic
material.
